  1. You have a pretty good analysis of your situation, Helen. What you don’t mention is your exercise routine. Whereas before lockdown you were getting some exercise going to work, in lockdown it’s easier to get involved with 1001 other things at the computer. Just some yoga stretching or static bike rides if you have a static bike gets your blood pumping and then your head calms down and can deal with things. Just a thought.

    1. Hi Anna, I am walking 70kms a week in the garden. Plus I have a stand-up desk and a step machine. Not as much exercise as I used to get but not too bad. Gardening has been super soothing for me. Hope y’all are doing well and staying safe. X
